Release for cutting
Written approval of material and final drawings, with unresolved pieces kept identifiable.

Protect the order
Review face, edge and corner protection, separation and restraint against the actual slab or piece geometry.

Agree slab or piece IDs, crate references, packing lists, net/gross weights and receiving checks.
Define delivery
Name the destination and requested shipping scope. Confirm included export documentation, destination requirements, unloading and onward transport responsibilities.
